Hey guys, thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Sebastian Silva, and I’m a musician, DJ, music producer, and sound engineer from Argentina based in Miami.
For as long as I can remember, I always loved music. I started playing piano at 8 years old but switched to guitar and drums in my teenage years. I played in a few punk-rock bands back then and started to perform live and write my own songs.
In the mid-nineties, I broaden my taste in music and got very interested in electronic music. I moved to Miami in 1999 and a year later I started DJing and collecting vinyl records.
I studied Audio Technolgy in 2007-2008 at SAE Miami and around the same time, I started to build a studio in my bedroom and living room. I learned about MIDI and started making some demos using both Audio and MIDI tracks.
Around 2016 I started teaching teenagers and young adults how to DJ and how to produce music using a computer as the main tool. Fast forward to 2021, and I’m still DJing, teaching, and producing all kinds of music. From downtempo and indie-rock to house and techno.
Interactive lessons both in English and Spanish. Learning while having fun and constant sharing of ideas.
Audio Technology Diploma - SAE Institute
I played in various cities and countries around the world and I have performed in big festivals like III Points in Miami.

You can always think ahead and get a few things ready before your lessons. Make sure to tune your instrument before the lesson. Bring à a notepad and anything you might need to write down notes. We strongly recommend testing your video conference settings at least 15 min before each lesson to avoid any unwanted technical issues during the lesson.
