Open your lesson in your student account to see the available actions. As a general rule, you can cancel or move a lesson up to 24 hours before it starts; inside 24 hours, the lesson is owed and a makeup is at the teacher’s discretion. Different terms shown for a particular booking or program apply to that booking. See our Terms of Use.
