Thank you for visiting my profile! Here’s a little about me
I started piano lessons when I was seven years old and quickly fell in love with the instrument. Despite studying a very structured program, I began exploring my creative side by improvising on the piano while still enjoying playing classical pieces. Throughout my youth, I entered and qualified in a few competitions. I was also involved with the band chorus, dance, and drama and attended many concerts, plays, operas, ballets. It gave me a well-rounded artistic upbringing.
I pursued my passion for music and graduated from the world-renowned Moscow conservatory of music with a Master’s degree in piano performance and teaching. My education taught me to understand the piano in-depth on top of music theory and ear training.
If you want to sit at the piano and play what you feel and master every detail of a musical piece, you are at the right place! I always encourage students of all ages and backgrounds to explore their musical passion and discover the endless possibilities of the piano!!!
As of today, I am a professional pianist, teacher, and composer. With my thorough knowledge and experience of music, I can teach all ages and levels an array of important subjects including piano, music theory, improvisation, composition, music history. My goal with every single student is to incorporate all those subjects into their learning process. This way, they gain a thorough understanding of music and becomes a well-rounded musician.
I like to focus on the classical repertoire along with a very strong approach to improvisation. I will help you achieve your goals in music while being flexible in my teaching methods. I take a very similar approach to the Suzuki method and will teach you a mixture of exercises and pieces that I believe are more fun and accessible to today’s students of any age.
My classes are tailored to your needs and constantly evolving. I know by experience that this method promotes an understanding and love of classical music. Diverse students of all ages start as beginners and leave as well-rounded artists.
I guide my students in the curriculum and exams of the Royal Conservatory program. They can pass their exams twice a year. Furthermore, my students can participate in Junior festivals and community recitals. I have also been a judge for the Lake Central Junior festival at the University of Central Florida for over eight years and an assistant for RC exams.
Creativity and love of music are the key elements that I encourage in every single student. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I take my student beyond their expectation. I will help you achieve your own musical goals and dreams.
I am a highly skilled professional, certified musician. I offer lessons in piano, as well as group lessons in ear training and theory,
My instrument is piano, and I specialize in teaching students who never played and who already play the instrument and wish to get a more in-depth experience with piano literature by learning new repertoire and developing their technique. I also teach adult beginners and young beginners whose parents have a dedicated commitment to having their children make music an integral part of their education. For all my students, I emphasize the importance of practicing efficiently and developing critical listening skills. This encourages consistent improvement, and whatever your personal piano goals and skill levels are, I will help you improve and enjoy playing the piano more. I am very patient, encouraging, and supportive of your desire to play the piano better.
