Hey, thanks for visiting my profile! I am Louis-Pier Racicot, Violin Teacher. Here’s a little about me. I was very fortunate to grow up in a musical household. Our old upright piano was the main attraction in my parent’s living room. My mom used to sit there every day and play for us. Her passion for music was contagious. I was about 16 when I realized I was finally ready to pursue my dream of becoming a professional musician. I got into the Classical violin performance program at the University of Montreal. Soon after, I got hired as the solo violin for Cavalia Odysseo, an international Cirque show. My touring years gave me so much experience. I performed hundreds of shows yearly across America and played on live radio and television shows. I was fortunate enough to perform with widely diverse musicians, artistic directors, and music composers. Traveling the world and performing with amazing artists opened my eyes to a whole world of musical possibilities. I discovered so many inspiring cultures. It made me grow as a musician and helped me learn a lot about life. I created Music 4 Humans to share the knowledge and experience I acquired through the years with you all. I want to help people develop their musical voices and discover the world. To me, learning music is not only about playing.
